スケールモデルは、なにかとお堅い。長生きするには、たまにはユルユルのモデリングを楽しむべきなのだ。Panzerkampfwagen Ⅲ Ausf.N (Sd.Kfz.141/2)は完成全長が154mm、同じ短砲身Ⅳ号戦車より14㎜も小さい。
Scale modeling is serious. For longevity, I should also enjoy relaxed modeling. “Panzerkampfwagen Ⅲ Ausf.N (Sd.Kfz.141/2)” has a total length of 154mm. This is 14 mm smaller than the short-barreled Panzer IV.
転輪は片側6輪、D型までは8輪。転輪の数は少ないほうが良い。コイルスプリング垂直式サスペンションのA型、B-D型までがリーフスプリングの8輪。E型以降でトーションバー6輪となる。なるほど、サスペンションの違いか・・・。履帯がベルト式だけど塗装と接着はできそう。
There are 6 road wheels on each side, and 8 wheels from type A to type D. Modeling is easier with fewer wheels. Type A road wheel suspension is a coil spring vertical type, and type B to type D road wheel suspension is a leaf spring type. After type E, 6 wheels and torsion bar system. I see, the difference in the number of road wheels is the difference in suspension. This kit has belt-type tracks on both the left and right sides, but the tracks can be painted and glued.
その前に・・・２台セットの旧ライオンロア製BMW R75。１台組んでみたけど、超絶精密! 今まで作ったバイクってこんなんだっけ？まあ、極めると1/35でもここまでヤレるってことなんだろうな。個人的には模型だからある程度の省略やデフォルメがあっても、いいんだけどね。
Before building the Panzerkampfwagen Ⅲ Ausf.N, assemble the Lion Roar BMW R75. This is precision! Was a 1/35 motorcycle this precise? I think it’s okay if the model has some omissions and deformations.
ユルユルにしたいんで、このfigureを乗せたいんだけど、乗るかな？

コートの下は全裸なのだ。かなりユルユルってこと。ということで先にバイクを塗装する。Mr.ColorのC515、Faded Gray “Blass Grau”を塗ってSS仕様にする。”Il Portiere di notte”のイメージってとこかな。

ハンドルが幅広なので腕の調整が必要のようだけど、とりあえずなんとか乗りそうだな・・・。
The handlebars are wide, so it seems that the arms need to be adjusted, but I think I’ll be able to ride them anyway…
もう一台分 パーツあるけど、すぐ作る気にはならない。miniartのWLAのときの心境と同じ。要は”しんどい”ということ。ワールドカップは土壇場でスペインに勝った。予選一位通過って、すごいね日本の若者たちは。
I have another motorcycle part, but I don’t feel like making it right away. It’s the same feeling I had when I made miniart’s WLA. Japan beat Spain in the World Cup. 1st in the group stage. Amazing young Japanese players.
