Modelingサービスって何？そうですよね、よくわかりませんよね。何度かに分けてサンプルを使って紹介記事を投稿します。
What is Modeling service? You do not surely know it well. I introduce service from now on.
サンプルはタミヤの1/35、TOYOTA AB型。パッケージサイズは、29.1 x 19.2 x 5.2 cm / 204g。
The sample uses "the 1/35 Toyota type AB" of Tamiya. The package size is 29.1 x 19.2 x 5.2cm / 204 g.
中身はメインランナーが2枚、透明部品ランナーが1枚。スライド成形ボディ１。設計図とデカール。エッチングパーツなし。
A main runner is two pieces. A transparent part runner is one piece. Slide molding body 1. A making guide and decare. There are no etching parts.
相変わらず輸送破損を考えた無駄のないパッケージング、なのですが、これがかさむと自宅が模型ショップに様変わりしてしまうのです。
It is the packaging that thought about prevention of damage by the transportation. But, a house becomes the model shop if these boxes increase.
このキット最近のもの（2014年9月リリース品）だけあって、この状態で見ても成形パーツの精密さに驚きます。キューベルワーゲンの折りたたみ幌のディテールでもだいぶ感動したのに、この幌のディテールは圧巻ですね。展開幌も素晴らしいです。何故リメイク版キューベルワーゲンとシュビムワーゲンに展開幌がついてなかったのでしょう？それ以上に私が感心したのは付属ドライバーの衣服のディテール。これが3Dスキャンの成せる技ですか。金型技術といい、ここ数年の成形技術の進歩は目を見張ります。これでほぼ完全に近い人間の縮小コピーが実現してきます。これからはスカルプターとの造形に対する価値観の違いでの勝負になると思います。
The release of this kit is September, 2014. I am surprised at molded precision parts. The molding of the hood of remade Kübelwagen was splendid. But, the molding of the hood of this kit is more splendid. The molding of the opened hood is splendid, too. Why would an opened hood not be attached to remade Kübelwagen and Schwimmwagen? It is molding of the clothes of the attached driver that I was surprised than a hood. Is this a 3D scan technology? As well as a die technology, I am surprised at the progress of the recent molding technology. The 3D technology can mold an approximately complete human reduction copy. A fight of the sense of values of the molding with the sculptor begins from now on.
すみません、パーツに見とれて脱線してしまいました。切り出してみないとわかりませんが、昔からパーツ割りが非常に上手なタミヤ品ですから、分割してもパーツ形状で全てのパーツを識別できる可能性があります。1974初出のM3でも本体パーツ以外は切り出してまとめてパッケージしていますが、製作は問題なく可能です。
I'm sorry, a story was got off. About the Tamiya product, I think that I can distinguish parts with the shape of parts without a guide. Even if the M3 of 1974 release performs packaging of parts in a mass, the production is possible without a problem.
モデリングサービス紹介－２
引き続きModeling Serviceの紹介です。パーツ全容です。ポリキャップとデカールは開封しません。透明パーツも切り取り不要であれば開封しません。
I continue introducing "Modeling Service". Polycaps and the decare do not open it. If there is a demand, I do not open the transparent parts either.
基本的にランナーごとに作業しパッケージングします。まずはAランナーから切り出します。I cut it with each runner and make packaging. I begin with the A runner.
切り出す際にパーツの配置と構成を確認します。類似パーツはランナーNo.を残します。また折れやすいパーツや形状判別しにくいパーツも最小限にランナーとNo.を残します。
I confirm the placement of parts before cutting it. I do not cut the runner number from similar parts. I do not cut the runner number from the parts which it is hard to distinguish from the parts which are easy to be broken either.
それぞれジップロック©に入れます。付属ドライバーパーツは別パッケージにしています。シャーシは本体に仮組みしています。このキットはタミヤの2014年製のため品質は良好でした。ニッパー切断はコツとテクニックが必要です。当然必要箇所はデザインナイフも使用しますが、いかにパーツを傷つけずストレスをかけずにリリースするかです。その辺は自信を持って取り組んでいます。
I put parts in Ziploc©. The parts of the driver make the other package. The chassis pairs with the main body provisionally. Because it was made in 2014 of Tamiya, this kit had good quality. An art and technique need the cutting in the nipper. I use the design knife, but it is important that I cut it without hanging load to the parts. I am confident of this technique.
