ポイントは全輪接地。シャーシ組立で既に右前輪が浮いた。シャーシは歪んでいない。補正が必要。
The biggest difficulty in assembly is grounding on all wheels. The front right wheel has already floated at the chassis assembly stage. However, the chassis is not distorted. Adjustment is required here.
タイヤ周りで調整を行う。
I make this adjustment for each tire.
ホールハブが全輪同径のため、まず各ハブをアクスルに接着。前輪ハブと最後輪ハブで4点接地を調整、最後に中央のハブを接着調整し6点接地完了。
Since all hubs had the same diameter, only each wheel hub was bonded to each axle. Adjust the 4 points grounding with the front 2 hubs and the last 2 hubs, and finally adjust the center 2 hubs to complete 6 points grounding.
インストの順番ではなくシャーシから組立てたのはこのため。
This is why I assembled it from the chassis without proceeding according to the instructions.
高さ、水平垂直はスコヤと金差しで調整。平面基準はスマホのガラスを利用。これである程度の精度は出る。
I use a square and metal ruler for height and horizontal / vertical adjustment. Flatness standards use smartphone glass. If this is used, some accuracy will be obtained.
キャビンも仮組して載せる、やはりデカい。
I temporarily assembled the cabin and put it on the chassis. After all big!
コンプレッサー、ですかね？2cm程度の大きさにパーツ数21個。
Probably this is a compressor. There are 21 parts in a size of about 2 cm, which is amazing!
