MM No.359 ”M4A3E8”付属の”GAZ67B”は古い金型。何か手は入れないと、とは思うが・・・。
Assembly of MM No.359 “M4A3E8” started. The bonus kit “GAZ67B” is an old mold, so I think additional work is required.
そのままではお蔵入りになりそう。いっそ、鬼太郎の妖怪ラリーカーにでも改造しようかなあ。
It looks like it will be in storage. I wonder if I should remodel it into “Kitaro’s Yokai Rally Car”.
車体下部は箱組。なんとなくタミヤらしくない始まり。中央付近に隔壁を設け、寸法狂いがないので問題なく組める。
The lower part is a box type assembly. It’s an assembly method that doesn’t look like Tamiya. However, since a partition wall is provided in the center and there is no dimensional deviation, it can be easily assembled.
底部にM2.5程度の六角ナットホールが2個モールドされている。ジオラマ等での固定用に使用するためだろうか？
Two M2.5 hex nut holes are molded on the bottom. Are these for fixing in a diorama?
アイドラーホイール基部の左右の微妙な違いも再現されている。これは相当の進化を体験できそうだ。
The subtle difference between the left and right sides of the idler wheel base is reproduced. I think I can experience the evolution of this kit.
このGWは模型製作で明け暮れるつもり。製作中は、”Suicide Is Painless”が頭の中をめぐっているのだ。
“Golden Week”, I’m going to spend all my time modeling. During assembly, “Suicide is Painless” goes around in my head.
