Sd.Kfz.234/1 閑話休題 -“Sd.Kfz.234/1” Intermission
実際の車輌の塗装の厚みってどれくらい？地金処理⇒錆止め⇒サーフェイサー⇒表面塗装で、一般の自動車の塗膜厚は150μm程度のようです。
今回のSd.Kfz.234/1の車体下部は錆止め塗装のみですが、薄い錆止めだけでは金属地がすぐ露出します。さて、錆表現をどうするか。
How much thickness is the painting of the vehicle? The procedure of the painting is metal surface treatment, the rust prevention painting, surfacer processing and the surface painting. A coating thickness of the general vehicle is around 150μm.
The lower body painting of Sd.Kfz.234/1 is rust prevention. But, metal is exposed only by thin rust prevention immediately. By the way, what would I do to rust expression?
ちょっと休憩してMILLENNIUM FALCONを仕上げます。TAMIYAのFine Surface Primerを吹き、そのまま墨入れ。
I finish MILLENNIUM FALCON. I spray Fine Surface Primer of TAMIYA and make inking over.
接着してなかったので、Primerが回らなかったパーツがぼろぼろと割れ落ちてしまいました。恐るべしエナメル溶剤、すべて接着し直して拭き取り再開。
Because I did not glue a part together, the point where there was not Primer in has been broken. The enamel solvent makes plastic fragile. I adhered all again.
墨入れで浮き出てきた、この精密な彫刻は驚きです。それ以上に驚いたのが付属のシール。細かい凹凸に馴染んで寸法の狂いもありません。爪楊枝とピンセットを使用しての、なんともシビレる作業でした。
I was surprised to an exact sculpture. But, it is an attached seal to have been surprised further. It adjusts to a small irregularity, and there is not the confusion of dimensions. It was difficult work for me that I used a toothpick and tweezers.
裏の貼付け位置の指示図がちょっと違うところがあり困惑しました。この指示図面、老眼には確認が厳しいです。最後に尾部をエナメルのクリアーブルーに塗って終了です。
A seal pasting figure of the lower part was wrong, and I was at a loss. The confirmation of these instructions is difficult for me who am farsighted. Finally I painted a tailpiece in clear blue of the enamel paint.
しかしこれってハンソロとチューイだけじゃ故障したら直せないよ、絶対。バンダイのガンプラ、おすすめありますか？
