Complete “Sd.kfz7”. vol.3
下地塗装はCreos油性ラッカー系のC40。Dunkel GrauとしてC513、C514、C515が出てたことは今知った。どれよりも濃いC40だが、これはこれで良しとする。
The base coat is Creos oil-based C40. I now know that C513, C514 and C515 were released as Dunkel Grau. C40 is darker than any of them, but I’m fine with this.
全天候型である軍用車両シートの最適素材は？革？木？キャンバス？いずれにせよ天然素材では不快。
What kind of material is the all-weather military vehicle seat? Leather, wood or canvas? In any case, I think natural materials are not suitable.
タミヤ水性acrylicのXF-2で冬季迷彩塗装を開始。水性acrylic塗料は載りと延びが気に入らずあまり使わないが、ベースが油性ラッカー系なので混色避けるために使用。
I started winter camouflage painting with Tamiya’s water-based acrylic XF-2. I don’t usually use water-based acrylic paint. However, this time it is used to avoid color mixing with the base paint.
照準器と防盾を金属とプラバンで改造。
I modified the shooting sight and shield with some metal and plastic plates.
figureはすべて上下Winteranzugをフェルト製ブーツの上から着用、かなり大きめだがうまく収まっている。ヘッドはKopfschützerを被ったHornet製に交換する。
All figures wear the top and bottom Winteranzug over felt boots, so the figures are fairly large but fit nicely inside the cannon system. I plan to replace all heads with Hornets heads covered with Kopfschützer.
「鬼滅の刃」の作者がTIME 100 NEXTに選出された。妥当と思う。”鬼”は”Demon”と英訳されるがニュアンスは少し違う。実在云々はさておき、実家の近くに”鬼首”なる地名がある、県境を越えれば”鬼死骸”という地名もある。いずれも平安時代に侵入者が地元の首領を斬ったことに由来。
The author of “Demon Slayer” was selected for TIME 100 NEXT. I think it is reasonable. “Oni” was translated into English as “Demon”, but the nuances are different. There is a place named “Oni-Koube” near my parents’ house. There is also a place named “Oni-Shigai” across the prefectural border. Both place names are derived from the murder of local chiefs by invaders from other regions in ancient Japan.
