模型ビジネス考３　-Thinking of the model sale business vol.3

ただいま仕事でトラブル対処中・・・。仕事でトラブルが起きると嫌ですね。昔はそこそこの規模の会社に居たんで、トラブルが起きても多くの人でシェアして解決してきたんだけど、今は一人で解決しなくてはならないのです。朝から晩まで対策検討で頭がいっぱいです。ベンチャー企業は辛いですね。またまた模型が作れないよ、トホホッ😢

Work is just … during the trouble. When a trouble happens by work, I hate it. The trouble was settled in many people in old days because I was in the big company. But, it must be settled alone now. A head is full about this trouble from morning to evening. The venture company is severe. Therefore, it is sad that modelling is not possible.「模型のビジネス」ですが、やはり模型をさがしたりするだけでは、どうも今ひとつインパクトが足りません。とはいえ、販売前に仕入れをして在庫管理するのはリスクが大きいです。模型ビジネスは市場規模が限られているので、在庫を抱えるのは危険だと思っています。確実に予想されるリスクは避けるべきです。しかし、ネガティブなことばかり考えていると前に進めないのです。リスクを怖れず、とにかく動いてみること。その結果をもとに次のことを考えるのです。成功を期待しても成功するとは限らないのです。

After all the search for model lacks an impact. However, the precedent stocking and stock have a big risk. The market of the model business is limited. Therefore the stock is dangerous. You should avoid the expected risk surely. But, I do not advance before when I think negatively. Anyway, it is to work without being afraid of a risk.
