ベントレーブロワー製作記 9 -The modeling of Bentley Blower vol.9
ヘッドライトを作成します。手芸店から買ってきたナンプラのホックの真ん中をくり抜いた輪を作り、菱形メッシュを張ります。足のみパーツから切りとりライト本体と合体。ボンネットは当初磁石で固定と思ったのですが、磁石の強さがあまり具合良さそうではなかったので、プラシートで接合して真鍮でベルト工作して仕上げようと思います。
At last it is the making of the headlight. I make a ring with a hook made by the soft plastic which I bought in handicrafts shop. And I bond the mesh of the lozenge slit to it. I cut only a joint out of parts and adhere to the main body of light. The bonnet intended to fix it to the body with a magnet first, but because magnetic force is too strong, I connect the bonnets of both sides on a plastic seat and think to make a buckle with brass, and to glue it together.
メッキシルバーを塗ってみました。なかなかいい感じに輝きます。これならオートバイモデルも難なく行けそうです。昔作ったDAXをもう一度作りたいんですが・・・、タミヤがもう一度再販してくれませんかねえ。ライトも付けてやっと様になってきました。でも完成にはまだまだって感じです。
I painted with plating silver. I win a very good feeling. I seem to be able to use this for a motorcycle model. I want to make “DAX” once again. I hope that Tamiya sells it again. The bentlay attached the light and at last looked good. But it is a feeling for completion still more.
