足まわりの工作です。
前2軸を左にステアリング、後ろ2軸を直進とするため、前2軸のタイヤ軸受け部分を切り取ります。
It is the work of the steering.
I make 2 axles in front the left steering. Therefore I cut a tire bearing part of 2 axles in front.
8軸をA5部品のみ固着して組み付けます。後ろ2軸の4輪は回転可能な状態として仮止めします。
Only A5 part adheres and makes an axis. I fix four wheels behind provisionally.
切り取った前2軸の軸受けを任意のステアリング角度で接着し、車輪を仮止めして角度を調整します。
I glue the bearing of 2 axles in front together at any steering angle. I fix each wheel provisionally and regulate an angle.
これらの作業では、接着は粘度の高い接着剤を使用し、パーツの完全固着までの時間内で調整しながら一気に作業を進めます。割と緊張する作業ですが、極力調整可能な部分を残しておきます。現時点で８輪接地できているようです。
I use adhesive having high viscosity for the adhesion. I adjust it in the interval before a part completely adhering. This is tense work. It is necessary to leave a lot of adjustable points. Eight wheels seem to be able to ground for the moment.
DKWはエッチングパーツに頼らず、ハンドメイドで組むことにします。
I do not depend on etching parts for DKW, and the lack part does a handmade product.
日本は正月を迎えています。私は昨日と今日、藤沢と三浦の神社に初詣に行ってきました。天気もよく、お囃子と踊りもあり、楽しい初詣でした。
Japan is New Year holidays. I went to Fujisawa-city and Miura-city for a New Year’s visit to a Shinto shrine today and yesterday. The weather was good, and there were a musical accompaniment and the dance and was a pleasant New Year’s visit to a Shinto shrine.
