久々にtank以外の製作です。8輪重装甲車はTAMIYAの初版Sd.Kfz.232以来。懐かしいです。

It is the production of non-tank kit after a long absence. The production of eight-wheel armored cars since first edition Sd.Kfz.232 of TAMIYA.車輛はITALERI製。追加の付属パーツがTAMIYA製のコラボキット。

The vehicle is made in ITALERI. Additional parts are made in TAMIYA. This is a collaboration kit of ITALERI and TAMIYA.タミヤ 1/35 イタレリシリーズ No.19 ドイツ陸軍重装甲車 sd.Kfz.234/1 2cm砲搭載型プラモデル 37019

この車輛は大戦末期の約一年間で約230輛生産されたとのこと。日本では寺の釣り鐘まで接収されましたが、物資難でのドイツでの軍需品生産状況はどんな状況だったのでしょう。その辺については非常に興味があります。
従ってこの車輛での冬季迷彩は、東部戦線での1945年１シーズンのみのシチュエーションとなります。筆塗り一本でどこまで再現できるか、不安ですが楽しみでもあります。

As for this vehicle, approximately 230 were produced in one year of the last years of WW2. I heard that Japan used it for the production of the weapon to the bell of the temple for lack of iron. How would be the weapon production of Germany in those days? I am interested about it very much.
Therefore, the camouflage of the winter season of this vehicle becomes the situation only for 1 season in 1945 in the Eastern Front. It is uneasy only by writing brush coating. But, it is a pleasure.

８輪操舵がどういうものなのか？Ackermann-Jeantaud schemeなるものがあり、内輪の切れ角が外輪のそれより大きくなる必要があります。また前後輪それぞれの回転軸が車輛旋回中心となるため、最前２輪と最後２輪の切れ角の方が中央４輪より大きくなります。複雑ですね。

About the operation of eight wheels. There is Ackermann-Jeantaud scheme. It is necessary for the steering angle of the inside wheel to be bigger than the steering angle of the outside wheel. In addition, the axis of all wheels becomes the turning center of the vehicle. Therefore two wheels of the front and two wheels of the tail have a bigger steering angle than four central wheels. This is complicated.前２軸４輪をステアリングさせる予定です。私はソリッドモデルですからメカニズムさえ知れば充分です。ただ、RC等でこの機構を実現される方もいるようで、驚きなのです。

I am going to let four wheels of the front part make a steering. My model is solid model. Therefore it is enough if I know even the mechanism. But there seems to be the person that this mechanism is realized in RC, and I am surprised in it.

サスペンションはLeaf suspensionとDouble wishbone suspension。兎に角、足回りは構造が複雑。70年以上前の技術力に感服するばかりです。そう思うとこれらを可動再現してみたいのですが・・・、今回はソリッドで進めます。

The suspension is Leaf suspension and Double wishbone suspension. Anyway, the structure is complicated. I just admire the technology more than 70 years ago. I want to take a movable state,; but … After all I can go ahead as solid model this time.いろいろな発見と驚きが詰まった８輪重装甲車。新年はこれでスタートです。
