以前も書きましたが、周りから模型店が消えゆく現状に不安と寂しさを感じています。取引が電子化していく中で、人の手を介しての商売がどんどん減っています。便利さからいえば当然なのでしょうが、なにか大事なものが失われているようで不安を感じます。

小売だけで模型店を運営していくのは難しいでしょう。生き残れる模型屋のスタイルにしなければなりません。やはりネットでの取引は取り込まざるをえません。ただ、商品を陳列して顧客が直接足を運ぶ小売もしたいのでコンセプトをしっかり固める必要があります。私は子供達が頻繁に出入りし、夢を与えることができる模型屋をやりたいのです。
