飽きる前に完成させなくては・・・、経験からの鉄則。難関はウィンドウの整形。ピンバイスで穴をあけて不要部分を切り離す。やはり窓枠が折れた。折れない方が奇跡だろう。可動パーツはすべて固定で進める。
I have to complete it before I get tired of it … An iron rule from experience. The difficulty is window shaping. Use a pin vise to make some holes and cut off the unwanted parts. The window frame broke, but it would be a miracle if it didn’t break. All movable parts are fixed.
エッチングパーツの折り曲げが難しい。特別な工具が必要と思ったらやはりあった。乗員室はキットのままでは張子の虎。改版すんならエンジン追加するよりここを直すべきだろう。
Difficult to bend etched parts. If I thought I needed a special tool, I had one. The crew area as it is in the kit is sad. They should fix the crew area rather than add an engine if they release a modified version of this kit.
ここまででやっと半分来た、といったところだろうか。

飽きを紛らすために並行してMENG MODELSのPickupを組立。どう見てもランクルだがトレードマークのリアゲートステッカーはない。このままだと味気ないので付けることにするが、自作デカールかな。アラビア語で落書きも考えたけど、あまり詳しくないのでやめた。
Assemble the MENG MODELS Pickup in parallel. This model is Land Cruiser, but there is no rear gate sticker. I will attach it because it is not tasteful, but I think it is a self-made decal. I also wanted to do Arabic graffiti, but I didn’t understand Arabic so I stopped.
荷台のWLAはミニアート製。マスコットガールを乗せるのために作ったが、これもWIP。
