住んでみたいけど??? -I like Penang

マレーシアは多民族国家。マレー人、華僑、インド人などなど街を歩けば様々な文化、風習、宗教が渾然一体化した国です。首都はKL、大都市です。でも私が知っているのは北部ペナン州のジョージタウン周辺。いわゆるペナン。いいとこなので住んでみたいと思うのですが・・・。ペナンに行くにはKL経由かシンガポール経由で行くのが普通です。私は香港経由をよく使用します。行程の半分で飛行機降りて休憩できるのでとても楽なルートと思っています（愛煙家向きですね）。夜便は正直辛いですね（仕事で行く時は、そんなこと言えませんけど）。ペナンに限らずマレーシアでは日本人の年配の方々を多く見かけます。そういった皆さんの多くMM2Hビザというものを取得して長期滞在されている方々。マレーシアには外国人の対する長期滞在を奨励する制度があります。常夏で、雨季乾季がはっきりしていて物なりもいいです。街は各民族が雑居しており、また植民地時代の建物もいたるところ残っており異国感高いです。食べ物は大抵辛いですがまあ口に合います。英語が他のアジア地域に比べると通じます。クルマ左側通行左ハンドルですので、運転に違和感ありません。高度医療充実していると聞きます。反日感情はあまり感じられません。と、まあ何とか生活できそうです。
Malaysia is a multiracial nation. Bumiputra, overseas Chinese, an Indian mix and live. It is the country which various culture, manners and customs, religion made composition. A capital is KL, a big city. But it is around Georgetown of northern Penang that I know well. There is so-called Penang. Is, and want to live because is a cousin,; but … It is common to go via KL way or Singapore to go to Penang. I use Hong Kong way well. Because I get off an airplane with half of the trip and can take a break, I think with a very comfortable route (suitable for regular smokers). The redeye plus direct; is hot (when go by work, cannot say such a thing). I see a lot of Japanese elderly people in Malaysia not only Penang. Most of them acquire what’s called MM2H visa and stay for a long term. Malaysia has a system to encourage the long-term stay of the foreigner. Malaysia is the tropical zone. There have wet season and the dry season and has abundant food, too. Many races live together in the town. In addition, the building of the colony times is left in Penang everywhere. The food is hot. English spreads from other Asian regions. Because a car is a left-hand drive Keep to the left of the road, it is easy to drive to a Japanese. I hear that high medical care is substantial. There is not much anti-Japan sentiment. Therefore I seem to be able to live somehow.
ちょっと考えると住んでみたいなあと思うわけです。でも、本気で住み続けることを考えると、どうなのでしょうか？仕事での長期滞在の方々に聞くと、いいとこではあるが結局日本には戻るつもりとおっしゃる方ばかり。他の国と比べて住みいいけど、じゃあ自分の居場所をここにするということになるとそれはそれで違うということでしょう。海外生活への憧れだけでは定住することは難しいんじゃないでしょうか。魅力めいた事にも、必ず裏はあります。定住は裏を承知でなければ踏み切れないことだと思います。決まった時間にコーランが流れる、噛まれると死ぬかもしれないでかいアリがいる、街中の側溝をオオトカゲがのそのそと歩いている、といったことは日本では非日常的ですよね。多民族国家は行政も複雑です。一生そのシステムについて行けますでしょうか？私にとっては今の日本での生活は、大抵バグは出ししきっているんで納得して生活でき、リスクも少ないはずです。今後新たにどれだけリスクをかけられるかは自分の人生に何を求めるか次第です。移住を選択する人の多くはそれなりにそのことを考えて判断された人たちと思います。中途半端な気持や憧れだけで移り住めるもんではないんじゃないでしょうか？私はおそらく夢止まりです。
I want to live when I think a little. But how about when I think about permanent residence? The business long-term tarrier says a livable place, but seems to return to Japan after all. Though it is livable, Malaysia will be to be different if I settle down. I think that the emigration is difficult only for admiration to life abroad. Charm includes the back by all means. You must not decide it if you do not know the truth. A song of praying flows through the downtown every day. There is the red ant which dies when bitten. A big lizard walks the gutter of the town. These are non-daily in Japan. A Japanese has the unique administrative system that it is hard to be familiar with. It may be serious so that a Japanese lives. After all the life in Japan can feel relieved for a Japanese. I think that I can emigrate if sure that a risk is got over. As a result of having thought carefully, there is no problem if I decide domiciliation. Is it not only impossible for the half-finished feeling and admiration? It seems to be impossible for me to do it.
