キューバサンドを作ってみた。 -I made a Cuban sandwich.
実は先週一度作ったのですが、写真を撮るのを忘れて食べてしまいました。今週は前回の経験も踏まえて作りました。
I made a Cuban sandwich last week. But, I have all eaten without taking a photograph. I made it again on the morning of yesterday.
フランスパンを２等分。マスタードを塗り、ポークロースとタマネギ、更に刻みピクルス、ロースハム、チーズをのせます。
I divide French bread in half first. Then, I spread mustard on bread. I put pork, onion, pickles, roast ham and cheese on the top.
フライパンで押さえながら焼きます。バターは多め、火は弱めで短時間で焼くのが良さそうです。
I panfry bread in spite of being a relief pitcher. The butter is rather much and the fire is milder and should bake it in a short time.
できました。前回より確実にいい感じの焼け具合。
It was completed. I was burnt well.
ザクッと適当な大きさに切ります。さあ、食べましょう！
Icut it to suitable size with a kitchen knife. OK, let’s eat.
うん、やっぱりいける。

CHEVOLETに塗ったyellowがいまひとつしっくり来なかったので、sunshine yellowに塗り替えたら、いい感じになりました。
The yellow which I painted the CHEVOLET with was not so good. I improved when I repainted it in sunshine yellow.
さて次はいつ作ろうか、キューバサンド。
