ウェザリング進行中。写真を編集ソフトで加工してみた。解像度は落ちるが多くの写真をまとめられる。
Weathering is in progress. I edited some of the photos using editing software. The resolution is lower, but I was able to put together a lot of photos.
大戦末期は車体色で塗られていたといわれるOVMは素材ごとに塗り分ける。
OVMs, which were said to have been painted in the same color as the vehicle body towards the end of the war, are painted differently for each material.
金属部はそれらしく、ジャッキ台もウッドカラーで。
Metal looks like metal, so the jack stand will be painted a wood color.
スケールエフェクト的にfigure配置は有効。
The arrangement of the figures helps create a scale effect.
ここまで素組みで５ヶ月。いい感じに仕上がったと思うのだが…遅いなあ。
It’s been 5 months so far. I think it turned out pretty well, but… it’s too slow.
ところで、メタルモールドはレジンよりも素材とは違って柔らかみがあるように感じる。
By the way, metal molds seem to be softer than resin ones.
クルマのはなし
納車まで一年は長いのか短いのか？一般的には長いほうだろう。長いには長い理由があるから仕方がないのだが、長いなあ。徐々に短くはなってきたようだが、パーツでも吟味しながら気長に待つほかない。まあ、スロウライフなもんで。
About cars…
Is a year a long or short time to deliver? Generally speaking, it’s probably long. There’s a reason it’s long, so I’ll compromise. But it’s still long. It seems to be getting shorter, but I’ll wait patiently while carefully selecting parts. Well, I live a slow life.
