ひとこと言わせてもらう。バックオーダーが解消できないのは受注をコントロールしない販売の問題、それはひとえに販売を指導できない経営の責任。客は神様ではないが、甘える相手ではない。素晴らしい製品を造る工場作業者のためにも、経営の毅然とした姿勢に期待したい。
The reason why “back orders” cannot be resolved is because sales do not control orders. It is the responsibility of management that does not guide sales. The customer is not God, but we should not rely on the customer. For the sake of the factory workers who make great products, I hope that management will take a firm stance.
古い本だが書いていることは正論である。
It’s an old book, but what it says is correct.
