おいしいものを食べている笑顔が好きです。どんなことでも人を笑顔にすることは喜びです。私も家族に食事を作って、おいしそうに食べている顔を見るのが大好きです。家族に限らず自分が作ったものを食べて喜んでもらえるのはとても幸せです。

ところで昔、中国の工場で昼食を食べた話。無料だということで現地の従業員と同じものを食べました。食堂に行くと血だらけの割烹着を着たコックさんが4-5名大きな寸胴鍋の前に立って、アルミの板をたたいて窪ませたトレーに料理を給仕してくれました。私はにおいと味がまったく受け付けられませんでした。近くで同じものを食べていた現地の女性社員が私を見て笑いながら「食べられる？」と聞いてきたので、「無理だよ、みんなはこれおいしいかい？」と返すと、全員が笑いながら「私たちもおいしくない」と言ってました。それでもこの笑顔です。食は偉大ですね。
It is a story when I had lunch in a Chinese factory in old days. Because it was free, I ate a dish same as a local employee. The cook who wore a bloody coverall apron stood before a big pan. I was given a dish for a tray of the aluminum. As for me, a smell and taste were not palatable. While the local woman employee who ate the same thing near watching me, and laughing; "can you eat it?" . "I am not edible". "Are you delicious?" . I answered so. Then "we are not delicious" while all the members laugh. Still it is all smile. The meal is splendid.
