Seoul food? no. Soul food!

韓国料理に挑戦!、なんて大それたことではありませんが、見よう見まねで作ってみました。

It is a challenge to Korean food. In fact, it is not such an exaggerated thing. I looked on TV and imitated it and made it.img_0795まずはカルビ風に豚ロース肉をニンニク、醤油、酒、おろしリンゴでつけ込みます。

At first it is Calbee-like roasted meat. I soaked pork in garlic, soy sauce, liquor and a grated apple.img_0796クッパ風におじやも作ります。これは大豆もやし、一度ゆでます。韓国唐辛子が売ってなかったので、一味唐辛子で味付け。

I make it and the kuppa-like porridge of rice and vegetables. This photograph is soybean sprouts. I boil this. A Korean red pepper was not sold in a supermarket. Therefore I season it with Japanese ichi-mi red pepper.img_0799豚ロースはつけダレごと焼いたけど、肉だけで焼いた方が良かったようです。つけダレは惜しげなく棄てるべきでした。

I grilled the pork with sauce. But, I should have baked it only with pork. All the sauce should have thrown it away. This is a reflection point.img_0797ご飯が多かったです。だし汁を吸って膨らむので通常食べる半分強あれば十分でした。

There was much rice. Because it swelled out with soup stock, half was enough. This is a reflection point, too.img_0802土鍋で作ったので見栄えは悪いが、だしが効いて味は良かったですよ。韓国唐辛子だと、我が家では辛過ぎたかも。

Because I made it with an earthenware pot in a mass, the look was bad. But, the taste of the soup stock was good. Probably it might be too hot when I used the Korean red pepper to my family.img_0800いつもはもやしナムルくらいしか作らないんだけど、この日の食事は、なんちゃってKorean dishes。

Only bean sprouts namuru had made the Korean food, but, as for the meal of this day, all was false Korean food.img_0803もう少し研究が必要でしたが、とりあえず食べてくれた家族にカンサムニダ。

A study seems to be a little more necessary. I thank my family who all ate. 감사합니다.
